7th Grade Immunization Requirements- NEW

 

 

Important Update:

The New Jersey Department of Health has updated their immunization guidance. Before starting 7th grade, students must receive:

• Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) – one dose at age 10 or older
• Meningococcal vaccine – one dose at age 10 or older

Please review these requirements with your child's healthcare provider during 6th grade to ensure they are met, as students who do not meet vaccination requirements will be excluded from school on the first day of 7th grade.

We encourage you to schedule a vaccination appointment with your child's healthcare provider as soon as possible during 6th grade. This will help ensure your child is ready to start 7th grade on time without any delays.
